Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Courtney Russo and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples and families to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I believe that healing and growth happen when we feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore our experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With 8 years of experience in the field, I specialize in working with adults and professionals, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be your full self. My goal is to support you in building resilience, uncovering insights, and making meaningful changes at your own pace.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking a space to reflect and grow, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey.

Let’s connect when you’re ready.
