Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree from Tarleton State University (2020). With over a decade of experience in education and counseling, I spent seven years teaching special education (life skills and inclusion) before transitioning to my current role as a counselor in a school district, where I have worked for the past four years. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, as well as siblings of individuals with special needs. I also support adults navigating ADHD, stress, depression, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily person-centered, but I also incorporate solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) modalities to help clients recognize their strengths and achieve personal growth. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I provide a supportive and understanding environment where clients can feel safe to explore their challenges and work toward their goals. Together, we will develop strategies that foster growth, self-awareness, and well-being.
