Great to meet you!

I want you to know that my heart is to walk with you. No matter what you are bringing into counseling with you, I desire to provide you with a safe space where you can be confident in knowing that you are seen, heard, and known.

My approach to therapy

Areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, burnout, culture shock, and spiritual integration. I am willing to follow your lead and personal choice in integrating the Christian faith and biblical principles into our sessions. As we walk and collaborate, I long to help equip you with coping skills to better navigate your emotions, thoughts, and relationships. Using both goal setting and here-and-now approaches, my desire is to help you increase in your own understanding of self within the pages of your story.

What you can expect from me

I am proud of you for getting to this point of recognizing there is a need within your story. I would consider it an honor to be invited into your journey and to walk with you as you seek healing and restoration.
