Great to meet you!

I became a therapist to support individuals facing addiction and mental health challenges—especially those who feel unseen or alone. I offer in-person and telehealth therapy throughout Colorado to make care accessible. Growing up, I witnessed how addiction impacts individuals and families, shaping my passion for this work. Today, I provide holistic, client-centered therapy focused on the whole person, creating a safe space for healing, resilience, and lasting change. This work is more than a profession—it’s my purpose.

Recovery is more than abstinence—it's about reclaiming your worth and building a meaningful life. If you're feeling stuck or held back by your past, you're not alone. If you're ready for something different, that's enough to start. Call, text, or email to schedule a free consultation. Now accepting client's in Colorado.

My approach to therapy

I help clients work through addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression by creating a safe, supportive space to uncover what’s holding them back. Together, we’ll build tools for healing, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward a life filled with greater purpose, connection, and hope.

What you can expect from me

I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions from Lakewood, Colorado, and see clients across the state via

telehealth. I keep the focus on practical, evidence-based tools you can use between sessions, delivered with warmth

and without judgment. If you are ready to talk through what is holding you back, I would be glad to connect.
