Are you looking for a safe space to explore and organize your thoughts and feelings?

Many people see therapy as a one-sided conversation, with little opportunity for interaction or getting to experience one another as real people. I can assure you our sessions will be as real as it gets!

I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and I also use a group of therapeutic systems approaches. I also enjoy using humor and active listening to best understand where you are and what you would like to work on.

**One aspect to note, all couples will be seen via private pay. This allows us to focus on the relationships in the room, rather than the diagnosis of the one individual.

I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for. We'll work on building trust and a sense of safety, using open communication and humor, to identify how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge. Simply put, I don't think therapy has to be a painful thing for you. Starting this step can be hard and I would love the opportunity to work with you on this journey.
