Hello! I obtained my undergraduate degree at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA and my Master's Degree from the University of West GA in Carrollton, GA. I have been practicing in some capacity in the field of behavioral health for about 19 years in a variety of capacities including community mental health, hospital settings, case management and private practice.
My basic theoretical orientation to therapy includes a Person-Centered approach, fostering an open and non-judgmental space where you are empowered and motivated to realize your potential and make meaningful changes. I believe that the collaborative therapeutic relationship between patient and therapist is the primary vehicle for healing. I specialize in anxiety, depression, women's issues, stress management, and life transitions.
