Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm so glad you're here. I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and never judged. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns, using practical, evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward the life you want to create, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are, building a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship. I integrate techniques from CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to promote resilience, insight, and lasting change tailored to your unique goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring the challenges you're currently facing, as well as your personal strengths, relationships, and history that may be relevant to your care.
