Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Courtney. I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Here's what I believe in:

· The body wants to heal. My role is to help you identify barriers to healing and remove them.

· Healing is a holistic process. Medication is a powerful tool, but rarely the only tool.

· Letting someone in when you're vulnerable takes courage. I have a deep understanding of how trauma affects the body, because I've been there.

· No matter how long you've been hurting, you're not beyond hope. I'm here for you.

My approach to therapy

My goal is not to reach for the prescription pad and send you on your way—it's to build a lasting, trusting relationship to help you improve your life.

We can use medication, talk therapy, sleep improvement, exercise, nutritional support, and other integrative approaches as desired.

What you can expect from me

I don't just provide appointments—I provide a space to be heard, understood, and supported as you heal.

Our initial appointment will start with your story, and together we will craft a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

You'll leave each session feeling connected, understood, and supported with actionable steps toward healing.
