Great to meet you!

My name is Courtney Warren, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for supporting adolescents navigating life transitions, individuals managing ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD, and couples working through relationship or communication challenges. I earned both my BSW and MSW from Middle Tennessee State University, following a clear calling to this work. As a mother of two teenage daughters and someone who comes from a blended family, I bring both professional training and real-life understanding into the therapy space, creating a grounded, relatable, and supportive environment for my clients.

My approach to therapy

Feeling stuck? Like you're trapped in an endless loop of...

→ Walking on eggshells, afraid the smallest thing might trigger you?

→ Exhausted from putting on a "brave face" while chaos swirls inside?

→ Lying awake at night, replaying those moments you wish you could forget?

I get it. And here's the thing - it doesn't have to stay this way.

Imagine instead:

• Walking through your day feeling centered and in control

• Finally sleeping through the night without anxiety keeping you up

• Having healthy relationships without your past creeping in

• Actually enjoying life instead of just surviving it

• Being triggered less and less until those triggers lose their power completely

I'm Courtney Warren, and I've helped hundreds of people make this exact transformation. Using a powerful combination of EMDR and other proven techniques, we'll turn those "what-if" scenarios into your new reality.

You know that constant weight on your shoulders? That feeling like you're always waiting for the other shoe to drop?

We're going to eliminate it. Not cope with it. Not manage it. ELIMINATE it.

This isn't about endless sessions of reliving your trauma. This is about:

→ Taking back control of your thoughts

→ Breaking free from those emotional handcuffs

→ Building real confidence (not the fake-it-till-you-make-it kind)

→ Creating the life you deserve, starting right now

Ready to move from surviving to thriving? Let's talk.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building rapport and creating a sense of trust as we begin to explore what brings you in. We’ll work together to develop a treatment plan that feels aligned with your needs and goals. My hope is that you leave each session feeling both supported and understood—like you’ve just talked with an old friend—while also experiencing meaningful growth and building confidence in yourself.
