Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychotherapist, I believe the heart of therapy is building a genuine, supportive relationship with each person I work with. I bring both lived experience and master’s-level training, with specialized focus on trauma, anxiety, and depression. I love working with preteens and teens using talk therapy, games, and art, and supporting adults through talk therapy, mindfulness, and experiential approaches. Therapy can be hard work, but it can also be engaging, meaningful, and even fun along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and focused on meaningful change. Together, we will set goals, unpack the baggage that may be weighing you down, and begin building a future that may have once felt impossible. Whether your experiences are recent or rooted deep in the past, I provide a safe space to process trauma, navigate life’s complexities, and move toward healing. My goal is to help you integrate positive, lasting changes so you can move forward with greater clarity, strength, and hope.

What you can expect from me

The journey begins with an initial session where you can share your story, ask questions, and explore what therapy with me may look like. I created A Space to Breathe to offer a calm, welcoming environment where healing and growth can begin. Vulnerability takes time, so there is no pressure to share everything right away—we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what you hope to gain from therapy, while building a foundation of trust and support for the work ahead.
