Seeking therapy can be intimidating and overwhelming, which is why the fact that you are here right now speaks volumes regarding your bravery, tenacity, and desire to find healing. I would be honored to work with you and can assure you that, as your therapist, I will strive to provide a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment for you to feel supported and heard.

My goal in therapy is that every client feels comfortable to be themselves, entirely heard, and completely understood. You will find no judgement or condescending lectures during our time together. You will, however, find an open mind, shared faith, and an honest and engaged confidant who sincerely cares about you and what you are going through. Your unique circumstance, perspective, beliefs, and corresponding goals will directly determine the modalities I use alongside Biblical guidance.

I aim to help you and others heal themselves and strengthen their relationships by fortifying attachment bonds, exploring emotional needs, developing coping and communication skills, and working on personal growth. During our time together I will not blame, judge, take sides, or make decisions for you.
