Great to meet you!

My focus in sessions is not only on your symptoms of your diagnosis but a full picture approach of all aspects of life. My goal is to get you from surviving to thriving. With this in mind I find I work best with adolescents to young adults as they transition through a big change into independence but have helped many gain control in their lives from age 10-70.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a different perspective on what they want out of therapy and I tailor my sessions to support this. I feel my place as the therapist is to walk along a path in life that the client leads and I am there to help bring context or alternative views to their experience.

What you can expect from our first session

Most sessions, I aim to ensure that the basic needs and self care of my clients are being maintained and healthy coping skills are available to them. Past that I encourage my clients to set their own goals to increase accountability.
