Great to meet you!

With seven years of counseling experience, I bring a warm, positive, and authentic approach to therapy. I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to be themselves.

My style is both playful and direct—I value honesty, genuine connection, and a little humor along the way. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward lasting change. Whether you're navigating a difficult season or seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, encouragement, and practical support.

My approach to therapy

My primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to distress. I help clients develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and create healthier patterns that support long-term growth and well-being

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, confidential, and judgment-free environment where we will start getting to know one another. I will ask questions about your background, current concerns, goals, and what brought you to therapy at this time. This helps me better understand your experiences and how I can best support you. Our first meeting is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process, my approach, and what you can expect moving forward. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
