Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is a friendly, collaborative space where we can gently unpack what’s been weighing on you, explore feelings, & discover new ways to think, feel, & show up in your life. I blend holistic & humanistic approaches, honoring mind, body, & spirit while holding safe, grounded, and ethical space. This work supports you in reconnecting with your inner strength, making meaning, & personal integrity; rooted in compassion, human dignity, & your right to be seen and heard. Together, we can.

My approach to therapy

I use a Holistic, Person-centered, Strength-based, Mind/Body approach with clients. I aim to create an open and honest space for clients to feel comfortable to be themselves while sharing innermost thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Authenticity, transparency, and integrity are just a few values that mean a lot to me.

What you can expect from me

Genuinely look forward to meeting new folks and hearing what areas of their lives they would like to improve. I find great joy in supporting my clients in becoming aware of their many inner strengths and potentialities as we work together to set achievable goals, improve self-esteem and establish more fulfilling connections within interpersonal relationships; to increase our capacity to recognize and embrace inner peace, with permission to be curious, play, and feel joy.
