Great to meet you!

There are many ways people get stuck in their daily lives. It may be transitioning from one phase of life to another, dealing with a trauma, working through issues related to Military, Police, Health, or Public Service, addressing identity, or one of the countless other reasons you are not where you want to be. Be it online, face-to-face or a blend of the two; let me help you get unstuck and on the road to where you are meant to be.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Change happens through guided positive empowerment. Utilizing Mindfulness and Cognitive based practices, I work with my Clients to identify and then foster a path to their individual goals. Not only am I a counselor, I am a 21 year Army Veteran and I bring that wide experience and diversity of thought to my practice.

What you can expect from our first session

I utilize my educational and occupational experience to address your needs in ways that are specific to you. I will always work collaboratively with you to build a plan that satisfies your goals. If you have any questions about me or my approach please do not hesitate to contact me.
