Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience providing therapy in school-based, community, and outpatient settings. I have a special passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional or behavioral concerns. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood while developing practical skills they can use beyond the therapy room. I believe you don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted while also gaining practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, build on your strengths, and find strategies that fit your life and help you move toward meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel welcoming, relaxed, and judgment-free. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t have to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of our first few sessions, we’ll work together to identify meaningful goals and create a plan that fits your needs and where you are in life.
