Great to meet you!

I’m Crachelle Gates, a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about walking alongside individuals through their most difficult and transformative seasons. I specialize in working with children ages 6–12, teens, adolescents, and adults who are navigating challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, family dynamics, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I help clients take ownership of their experiences, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and uncover new paths forward. My approach is rooted in compassion and respect, using solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy to meet each individual where they are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about building a relationship grounded in trust, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you or your child feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

What sets my practice apart is that it’s not just therapy—it’s an extension of who I am: empathetic, intentional, and deeply committed to your growth and healing. I believe that change is possible and that every step forward is worth celebrating. You don’t have to do this alone—hope and healing are within reach.
