Great to meet you!

With a deep commitment to mental well-being, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my counseling practice. I earned my master's degree in counseling from Rider University in 1992. When the licensure law for professional counselors was established in New Jersey in 1998, I proudly became a Licensed Professional Counselor, dedicated to providing ethical and effective supports to my clients. My practice focuses on a diverse range of areas, allowing me to address various challenges individuals and families face.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and complex issues related to attachment. I offer guidance and support for parenting challenges and have extensive experience with issues related to adoption. I am a strong advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, providing affirming and understanding care.

What you can expect from me

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive and confidential environment where clients can explore their concerns, develop coping strategies and work toward meaningful personal growth. I believe in a collaborative process, empowering individuals to build resilience and achieve a greater sense of peace and fulfillment in their lives.
