Great to meet you!

I believe we are all resilient by nature and sometimes need support to tap into our best selves. I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a systems approach to help you access your strengths and work through life's challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. I work with teens, families, and adults addressing anxiety, stress, depression, bipolar disorder, and family dynamics. Mental health challenges often impact our relationships. I help clients improve their relationship with themselves and the people in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I bring a commonsense approach to therapy, quickly developing safety through clear communication, non-judgmental listening, sensitivity, and humor. Therapy is a partnership. You're the expert in your experiences; I'm a guide in mental health and evidence-based approaches to help you feel your best.I believe therapy shouldn't create dependency. By establishing goals collaboratively from the start, we'll have a clear direction as we work to address what brought you here and help you feel fulfilled. Goals also help us measure your progress along the way.

What you can expect from me

The initial session is about you and what brought you to therapy. I want to understand your expectations and hopes for our time together. I'll create transparency about my approach so you feel connected and know what to expect from the therapeutic process.
