I use Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a systems approach to help you access your strengths and work through life's challenges in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. I work with teens, families, and adults addressing anxiety, stress, depression, bipolar disorder, and family dynamics. Mental health challenges often impact our relationships. I help clients improve their relationship with themselves and the people in their lives.
