Great to meet you!

I've been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California since 2005. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families to help them gain skills to work with where they feel stuck in life. Specifically, I work with issues related to personal development, relationships, anxiety, depression and drug and alcohol abuse.

My approach to therapy

I believe emotional healing and growth is fostered in a safe environment where you feel both heard and understood. My theoretical approach is eclectic; drawing on skills from client-focused, humanistic, behavioral, solution-focused, gestalt and mindfulness therapies. I tailor my approach to what I believe to be most helpful to the client and their goals.

What you can expect from me

I'd like clients to feel that they were able to fully express themselves in a session and that they have gained new understanding of themselves, their thoughts and behaviors as well as some skills to move forward in life.
