Dr. Craig Litman

Welcome to my practice! I am a NYS licensed clinical psychologist with more then 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, attention and focus issues, and learning to manage stress. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I am trained in the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients learn how thoughts, feelings and behaviors interact. My focus is on identifying specific goals and on finding solutions to problems.
