Great to meet you!

Let’s be honest—navigating intimacy, desire, or sexual stress can feel overwhelming and isolating. Many people carry silent worries, questions, or experiences that they’ve never been able to say out loud. You might be trying to keep it all together on the outside while dealing with confusion, shame, pressure, or a sense that something “should” feel different on the inside.

What I want you to know is this: you’re not alone, and nothing about you is “too much” or “too complicated” to bring into therapy. I’m trained in sex therapy and work with individuals and couples on concerns around desire, arousal, performance, sexual communication, blocks rooted in stress or past experiences, and the emotional side of intimacy. My job is to give you a space where you can speak freely, feel understood, and begin building a more confident and connected relationship with yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based sex therapy and relational work. We explore what you’re feeling, what your body is telling you, the patterns that shape your sexual and emotional experiences, and what you genuinely want for your intimate life.

You can expect a SAFE and non-judgmental space where topics like desire, performance, fantasies, mismatched libido, sexual pain, anxiety, or relationship dynamics can be spoken about openly and with respect.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you—your story, your hopes, and what brought you here. There’s no pressure to disclose everything at once; we move at your pace. We’ll start by understanding your goals around intimacy, connection, or sexual well-being, and we’ll begin mapping out a plan that feels doable and supportive.
