Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a licensed psychotherapist offering individual, couples, and family therapy. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a minor in Addiction Studies.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is rooted in genuine empathy, collaboration, and respect for every unique story. I believe that you are the expert of your own life—my role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you discover your strengths and navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a space where you feel truly heard and never judged—a place where you can be yourself, explore your values, and reflect on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work to uncover your skills and beliefs, gently reshaping the narrative you tell yourself and finding new possibilities for growth and healing. I’m here to support and empower you, honoring your journey every step of the way. Let’s collaborate to build your confidence, resilience, and sense of resourcefulness—so you can move forward with clarity and hope. You don’t have to face things alone. I look forward to connecting with you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, affirming, and supportive space. Building rapport is central to my therapeutic approach. Early in therapy, I incorporate psychoeducation as a way to foster connection and provide practical tools for staying grounded, which supports effective emotional processin
