A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of methods to include CBT, person-centered, mindfulness based, DBT strategies and solution focused . Focus areas are Anxiety, depression, grief/loss, adjustment, family and individual life transitions, divorce/separation, ADHD, blended families. Additionally, experience in education as a teacher and school counselor helps inform my work.
