Great to meet you!

I've spent the last 14 years walking alongside people through some of the tender, complicated seasons of life, like navigating depression and anxiety, managing overwhelming stress, working through relationship struggles, and supporting women through the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. I care deeply about the people I work with, and I bring warmth, honesty, and a genuine curiosity about who you are to every session. When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll usually find me outside moving my body, and soaking up whatever sunshine I can find.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, because you're not a one-size-fits-all person. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches—and I tailor what we do to what you actually need. Some clients want practical tools they can use right away; others need space to explore the deeper patterns underneath. Often it's both. I'll be direct and collaborative with you, offering real feedback while honoring your pace. My goal is to help you build insight, resilience, and a sense of agency over your own life so the work we do together carries forward long after our sessions end.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you're ready to. I'll ask questions to understand what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to change, and what matters most to you, and you'll have plenty of room to ask me questions too. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and clear on what our work together might look like. Finding the right therapist is important, and I want you to feel like this is a space where you can show up as your whole self.
