I specialize in trauma, grief & loss, developmental disabilities, parenting, coaching, attachment and relationship issues, stress, anger management, anxiety, depression. I am committed to improving clients’ well-being through evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Solutions Focused, and a client centered approach that has yielded positive outcomes for my clients. My mission is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their fullest potential.
