Great to meet you!

I’m a New York-licensed mental health counselor who works with adults and couples through online video therapy. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels emotionally safe, respectful, and grounded in trust. My goal is to help you better understand your experiences, process what you’ve been carrying, and move toward meaningful growth, healing, closure, and change.

I have a master’s degree in marriage, family, and couple counseling and a doctorate in counselor education and supervision. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, mood changes, trauma, or another difficult season, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your individual story.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and tailored to your needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, emotionally focused, existential, mindfulness-based, person-centered, relational, and trauma-focused approaches. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting your well-being and identify practical ways to support change.

I see you as the expert on your own life. I’ll offer thoughtful guidance, ask questions that encourage insight, and create space for you to be honest without judgment. For couples, I focus on strengthening connection, communication, and mutual understanding.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with greater insight into yourself and the patterns that influence how you think, feel, and relate to others. We’ll work toward practical tools for coping, clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and more intentional decision-making.

Over time, therapy can help you feel more grounded, strengthen your relationships, process difficult experiences, and move forward with greater self-understanding and confidence. We’ll define progress together and adjust our work as your needs evolve.
