Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Barry University, where I developed skills in evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to care. I’m passionate about helping individuals, families, and adolescents improve their mental health and well-being. By focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit, I provide a safe, compassionate space for self-discovery, growth, and lasting change tailored to each person’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I focus on understanding each client’s unique experiences and needs, blending practical tools with a supportive environment to foster growth. My approach emphasizes balance and alignment, addressing emotional, physical, and mental health as interconnected parts of well-being. By working collaboratively, I help clients build self-awareness, develop strategies for managing challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools to navigate challenges, and a deeper understanding of the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, balanced, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives. Together, we’ll build resilience, foster personal growth, and create a path toward improved mental health and well-being.
