Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Texas, and California specializing in the 'complex stuff': OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. Beyond clinical therapy, I am a forensic expert providing court-ready immigration evaluations with a 14-day turnaround. My goal is to ensure that whether you are navigating a neurodivergent brain or a high-stakes legal case, your story is documented with precision and care.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership where you are heard, validated, and equipped with a concrete toolkit. My approach is direct and solution-oriented, focusing on breaking toxic patterns and regulating the nervous system. For those navigating OCD, ADHD, or PTSD, I blend evidence-based strategies with a deep understanding of neurodivergence—moving beyond 'talk therapy' into active healing.

As a specialist in both clinical and forensic mental health, I bring the same HIPAA-compliant rigor to my virtual therapy as I do to my court-ready immigration evaluations. We will work via a secure, user-friendly platform that fits into your life. Between sessions, you’ll have the ability to message me directly, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way toward reclaiming your power.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a dedicated 50-minute 'Deep Dive' where we move past the surface and begin mapping out your path to clarity.

For Therapy Clients: We won’t just talk about 'what’s wrong.' We will explore how OCD, ADHD, or trauma is specifically impacting your daily life. My goal is for you to leave this first hour feeling heard, validated, and equipped with at least one tangible tool or insight you can use immediately.

For Forensic/Evaluation Clients: We will focus on the specific legal nexus of your case—whether it’s Hardship, VAWA, or Asylum. I’ll walk you through the HIPAA-compliant assessment process so you know exactly what to expect.

By the end of our time, we will have a clear 'Roadmap' for our work together. No judgment, no confusing jargon—just a professional, trauma-informed plan to help you reclaim your power.
