Great to meet you!

Glimmer- verb shine faintly with a wavering light.

It is my most sincere belief that everyone deserves to live a life they enjoy living. And it is my belief that the ability to indulge in this is already inside you. As your therapist I am here to simply help you uncover and source what is already there. I invite you to become curious about yourself in the safe container of our sessions so that you can cultivate self-compassion in this process.

My approach to therapy

I draw from my education, training and personal experiences in my work with clients. I love working with teens, pre-teens, kids and adults. Self-esteem, self-exploration and worthiness as well as trauma are areas I am passionate about.

My approach is holistic with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. I am also a yoga teacher!

What you can expect from me

To be compassionate and curious in this process of uncovering and finding the glimmer inside you.

“we are all just walking eachother home” -ram das
