Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of depression, anxiety, grief, infertility, pregnancy & postpartum, chronic health concerns, or major life changes on your own. I believe healing begins when you have a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Whether you're navigating stress, relationship challenges, women's issues, maternal mental health, or the emotional impact of loss, I'm here to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I work with adults, seniors, and couples, tailoring therapy to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. As a bilingual therapist providing care in both English and Spanish, I'm committed to creating an inclusive environment where you can show up as your authentic self and begin building the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and adapted to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. My style is warm, open-minded, and focused on helping you recognize your strengths while developing practical tools for lasting change. Depending on your goals, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Somatic approaches, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Behavior Modification, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Prolonged Exposure (PE) when appropriate. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be contributing to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, sleep difficulties, anger management, family conflict, relationship concerns, and stress so you can develop healthier ways of coping and experience meaningful progress both in and outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

You can expect therapy to be a supportive partnership where you feel respected, encouraged, and empowered to grow at your own pace. During our first sessions, we'll take time to understand your story, identify what's most important to you, and create goals that feel realistic and meaningful. I'll provide a compassionate space where we can celebrate your strengths, navigate challenges together, and build skills that help you feel more resilient in everyday life. Whether you're seeking individual or couples therapy, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and more confident in your ability to move toward lasting healing.
