Great to meet you!

Welcome! It's nice to meet you. I am an LISW-S with over 15 years of experience helping and supporting individuals navigate through life's challenges. I earned my degree from Case Western Reserve University and have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive and genuine. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, practical and individualized. I use evidence-based practices to ensure best care. I value building strong, trusting relationships with my clients where together we'll work toward healing and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and the first session is simply a place to begin. We'll talk about what's been going on, what you need, and what you're hoping will change. We'll collaborate on initial goals and discuss how I can best support you. I will also explain my approach and what ongoing sessions may look like.
