Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 18 years of experience supporting teens and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I work with individuals who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, including those navigating family stress and cultural expectations.

As a bilingual English/Spanish therapist, I’m especially passionate about creating a warm, culturally responsive space where Spanish-speaking clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds feel understood, respected, and supported. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be affecting how you feel and respond today. I’ll help you develop practical tools, strengthen boundaries and coping skills, and build greater confidence and self-awareness. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where you feel understood while taking meaningful steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space to talk about what brings you to therapy—without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. We’ll explore your current concerns, what you hope to change, and what you need from therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns and priorities while building trust and a comfortable foundation for our work together.
