Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health clinician with over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck—especially those navigating family stress, cultural expectations, and major life transitions.

I have a strong background working with families and understand the unique challenges that can come with balancing different roles, expectations, and life demands. I’m particularly passionate about supporting Spanish-speaking individuals and families who are looking for a space where they feel truly understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I focus on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident managing emotions, relationships, and everyday stressors. My goal is to help you feel more in control, connected, and at ease in your life.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to share what has brought them to therapy. We will begin to explore their current concerns, emotions, and goals for treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand and process overwhelming feelings, while also introducing practical strategies they can begin using right away. The first session is also a time to build comfort, trust, and a sense of direction for our work together.
