Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cristina Hodge, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving adults and couples in California. I help people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and recurring patterns that leave them feeling stuck.

I believe that many of the struggles we experience today are connected to patterns that developed earlier in life and continue to influence how we relate to ourselves and others. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and relationship dynamics that may be contributing to your current challenges while building practical tools for lasting change.

I am passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, improve their relationships, and move toward a more satisfying and meaningful life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or a difficult life transition, therapy can provide a space for understanding, growth, empowerment, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. In our early sessions, I'll work to understand your concerns, goals, and unique experiences so we can identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring treatment to your unique history, strengths, and goals. A central focus of my work is helping clients understand the recurring patterns and protective strategies that may be contributing to their current struggles.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, understood, and respected. I will work alongside you to better understand the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and help you develop greater self-awareness and clarity. My goal is to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change while moving toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
