Hi, I’m Cristina a pediatric psych NP. I am now seeing pediatric, adolescent, and young adults clients at Tide Health Florida. I provide medication management and brief solution focused therapy interventions to help you achieve mental wellness.
I serve each client individually and address needs holistically. Everyone is unique and your story influences who you are and how your treatment should be tailored. I want my clients to feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Initial assessments take around 60-90 minutes and include a discussion that includes reviewing your main concerns and goals for care. I provide a wealth of education to facilitate productive treatment planning that help support those goals.
