Great to meet you!

I have a strong passion for supporting individuals through empathy and understanding. These interests led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree with a double major in psychology and sociology, as well as a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Through my education, I was able to reinforce my natural ability to feel others’ emotions and provide a safe space to discuss challenging topics such as depression, anxiety, relationship/family problems, abuse, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I value a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, working closely with clients to create a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe in walking alongside my clients, offering guidance and encouragement through evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows my clients to identify and develop the tools they need to foster resilience and improve their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our initial meeting will focus on us getting to know each other and discussing the concerns that led you to seek services. This will help us assess your current needs to determine if working together is a good fit for you. We will also discuss the goals you want to achieve so we may develop a clear set of next steps in our work together.
