My approach is warm, direct, and deeply practical. I believe that people do their best when they understand themselves, feel supported, and have clear steps they can follow. I combine EMDR, Gottman Method, IFS-informed therapy, and mindfulness to help clients build emotional regulation, improve communication, and reduce overwhelm.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent adults and couples—especially those with ADHD or high-functioning autism—who often feel misunderstood, overstimulated, or stuck. I focus on reducing shame, strengthening self-awareness, and helping clients use their strengths to create meaningful change.
