Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel like you’re carrying a heavy backpack full of stones that don’t even belong to you? Maybe your heart races when you think about the past, or there’s a voice in your head telling you to stay quiet, work harder, or that your worth depends on what you produce.

I’m a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), and I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in survival mode—often carrying anxiety, trauma, or the weight of family and cultural expectations. Clients describe me as warm, understanding, and someone who helps them feel safe enough to finally let their guard down.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, respect, and real connection. You bring your story—we move through it together, at your pace, in the language that feels most like home. We’ll gently untangle the impact of past experiences, including intergenerational patterns, and create space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. I’ll be there to listen, support, and challenge you when it matters.

What you can expect from me

Before we dive in, I want you to feel a genuine sense of comfort and trust—this is your space. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can share openly and feel truly heard. From there, we’ll walk side-by-side, turning what you hope for into something real and achievable. Over time, clients often feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to themselves—no longer just surviving, but starting to truly live.
