Great to meet you!

Welcome to Your Journey

Are you feeling pulled in too many directions, struggling to focus, or just trying to keep it together for everyone else while quietly running on empty? Whether you’re managing adult ADHD, navigating career or work stress, dealing with anxiety or depression, coping with grief and loss, or working through family and relationship challenges, you don’t have to sort it all out alone. Many people are also carrying a steady undercurrent of stress about the uncertainty of today’s world, which can make everything feel heavier and harder to manage. Life’s hurdles can affect anyone, no matter how strong, successful, or “together” you seem on the outside.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate real-life challenges. My work focuses on helping clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD-related struggles, grief and loss, family dynamics, and the emotional toll of an unpredictable world, while also supporting their personal growth and resilience. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, and I use evidence-based approaches with a whole-person lens so therapy feels both supportive and genuinely useful in your day-to-day life.

My therapy sessions provide a calm, grounded space to pause and reflect amidst life’s many demands. Together, we’ll clarify what’s happening, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical strategies you can actually use between sessions. Many clients leave feeling more focused, empowered, and steady, with concrete tools to navigate work, relationships, and the emotional weight they’ve been carrying.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling everything on your own. It’s also a powerful investment in your well-being. When you’re ready, let’s start with a free 15-minute consultation to see how we might work together.

My approach to therapy

How We'll Work Together

I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), mindfulness-based approaches, and more to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way, make sense of your experiences, and develop practical strategies you can use in daily life. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you uncover your strengths, feel more grounded and empowered, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect:

  • A warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and share what’s been weighing on you.
  • Thoughtful questions to understand your history, current stressors, and what you’d like to be different.
  • Collaborative exploration of your goals and what you hope to get out of therapy.
  • Initial, practical strategies or reflections you can start using between sessions.

By the end of the first session, most clients leave feeling heard, a bit more grounded, and clearer about next steps in our work together.
