Great to meet you!

My speciality in the last ten years has been working with gender expansive and LGBTQ+ children, adolescents and their families/caregivers.

I provide a space where all children, adolescents and adults of all ages can be seen, welcomed and helped along their journey of self-discovery. All of us deserve to be seen and valued exactly as we are because we are all worthy of love and belonging right now.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer you a warm, supportive, non judgmental space where you will receive the help you deserve. We all struggle with feelings of not being lovable enough, not being good enough and unworthy of love and belonging as we are right now. Sometimes we feel we cannot make it one more minute carrying the pain of feeling not being enough. You don’t have to suffer alone.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to support you in all facets of your life. You are enough, lovable and you matter. Our world needs you here strong and capable. Let’s get started on this journey today.
