Great to meet you!

I work with individuals who have experienced trauma and are seeking relief through an integrative, relational, and body-based approach. I use techniques such as EMDR and trauma-informed somatic exercises to support my clients in connecting to the felt sense of their bodies as a source of information. I invite a gentle inquiry into the body’s felt sense within the safe container of a therapeutic relationship.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I recognize that each person's healing process is unique and unfolds in its own way. I support clients in attuning to their bodies as an ongoing inquiry and inspiration. If this sounds like a good fit, I invite you to reach out to me.

What you can expect from our first session

While I have various tools to offer, my goal is to be responsive and attuned to what you need. I see the development of a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship as the most essential part of treatment. Within this container of safety, I will work with you to support your capacity to regulate, process, and heal.
