Great to meet you!

Happy Mental Health Awareness Month! I'm glad you're here. My practice is dedicated to all Gen Z, Millennial, and Gen Xers trying to figure out who they are and what makes them happy in these consistently unprecedented times we are living in. Maybe you need a space to make sense of all the confusing, heavy things we face each day. Maybe you're struggling with relationships that've gotten more difficult as you learn more about yourself, your identities, or your roles in life. Maybe you're just battling the urge to doomscroll and rot in bed - or the opposite, you don't know how to slow down and find yourself constantly trying to overachieve! Sound like you? I'm here to help.

My approach to therapy

I'm warm, collaborative, and not a "blank-slate therapist." I bring my whole authentic self in the hopes that you will too. My style is integrative and I pull from different modalities to meet your specific needs. And I’m a culturally responsive therapist and believe in the importance of centering your unique cultural context as our roadmap to healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will explore what you hope to get out of therapy, what therapy looks like with me, and begin to make goals for our time together. Most importantly, we will begin to get to know one another and start establishing what I hope to be an intimate therapeutic relationship.
