Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor (LPCC-S) based in Kentucky and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults struggling with various issues such as anxiety, panic, addiction, trauma, women’s issues, relationships, family issues, autism, and those folks who just have an overall sense of not feeling well.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety/panic disorder, trauma, addiction, depression, women's issues, and autism.

Autism Spectrum Disorder is near and dear to my heart. I have children on the spectrum, one who was diagnosed with Asperger's 20 years ago (when that term was a thing) and one who has severe support needs. I recently gained ASDCS certification (Certified Autism Disorder Clinical Specialist). I have been a professional counselor for 10 years. Though I may be newer to the clinical piece of ASD, I have extensive experience in my family life. My goal is to provide counseling and support services in a significantly needed area. At this time, I only provide telehealth services.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Most importantly, we’ll get to know each other a little bit better to see if our therapeutic relationship has promise according to your standards, see if we are a good fit basically. Moving forward, expect plenty of psych education, praises, and keeping things real!
