Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW with 11 years of experience working with adults, children and families. I completed my graduate coursework at Rutgers University. I currently live in NYC with my family and therapy dog Thor :)

My approach to therapy

I like to look at the whole picture with my clients to try and focus on their strengths at the same time honing in on areas they would like to improve. We work together to figure out how you can get what you want out of therapy in a way that works for you.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to feel comfortable talking to me. It's so important that you feel like the person you are coming to for help is really listening to what you're saying and meeting your needs. I think that the best way to do that is to establish a rapport from the first session and walk away with a concrete plan for subsequent sessions. We'll talk, we'll laugh and we'll get the job done!
