Hello, I’m Cruz Rodriguez a License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm a bilingual clinician with specialized training in various therapeutic modalities. I have provided therapy to adults impacted adversely by adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, maladaptive behaviors, severe mental illness, substance abuse, and/or family conflicts.
My therapeutic style is person-centered and cognitive-behavioral, providing a non-judgmental environment where you could feel free to explore the issues impacting your existence. It’s through this exploration that I have witness many individuals become empowered by acquiring coping mechanism that allows them to improve their wellbeing and achieve goals in life.
