Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can be an important first step toward meaningful change. I offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. You may be facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or other emotional challenges. I will honor your story and support you as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy is a collaborative process shaped by your experiences, values, strengths, needs, and goals. Together, we can understand what may be affecting your well-being, recognize your resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and build skills for navigating difficult circumstances. I integrate evidence-based Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused techniques to support healing, personal growth, and positive change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will provide a welcoming, supportive opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to accomplish. We will discuss your current concerns, goals, relevant background, and what you would like to be different in your life. I will explain the therapy process and make space for your questions. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin building our therapeutic relationship together.

Let me know if you have any questions!
