Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cryshanna Rockwell, LPC, a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a strong background in trauma-informed care, anxiety treatment, ADHD support, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered, blending evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused interventions to help individuals and families navigate their challenges with confidence.

With experience in law enforcement, crisis response, and military life, I understand the complexities of high-stress environments and how they impact mental health. I work with adolescents, adults, veterans, first responders, and individuals facing major life changes, offering a safe and supportive space to explore their experiences and build resilience.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lubbock Christian University and multiple certifications, including National Certified Counselor, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). My goal is to empower my clients with the tools and insight they need to overcome obstacles and thrive.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is compassionate, solution-focused, and culturally aware, I’d love to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My Approach to Therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive, and empowering process that helps clients navigate challenges with confidence and clarity. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to provide practical tools for emotional regulation, anxiety management, and personal growth.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and high-stress professions. My experience in law enforcement, the military, and crisis response has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of stress, resilience, and navigating difficult life situations.

I work with adolescents, adults, veterans, first responders, and individuals experiencing major life changes. My therapy style is structured yet flexible, blending practical coping strategies with deeper self-exploration to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. I also value cultural awareness and inclusivity, ensuring that therapy is a safe space where clients feel respected and understood.

Above all, my goal is to help you build resilience, find clarity, and take control of your mental well-being. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
