Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, and burnout. My background includes behavioral health, healthcare, crisis support, and community-based services, and I earned both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Brescia University. I also have a special interest in supporting veterans, caregivers, and individuals adjusting to significant changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, practical, and structured, with a focus on helping you develop useful strategies and make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to counseling. We’ll explore your current concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard and move at a pace that works for you.
