My training and experience has focused on women/teen girls coping with stress, relationship challenges, eating disorders and building culturally-focused spaces for therapy.

My primary goal as a mental health provider is to provide a safe space for my clients to find their voice and explore their options for resolving any challenge they face. Sometimes we feel stuck; however, with the opportunity to explore ourselves we often find the solution within. I am here as a guide, to help find the way through the process; with a compassionate, non-judgmental, open-mind.
