Hi, I’m Crystal, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation built through my education at Regis College and my experience in outpatient psychiatry, community health, and geriatric inpatient care. I specialize in evidence-based medication management and supportive care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs.

My care focuses on comprehensive psychiatric assessment, evidence-based medication management, and collaborative treatment planning tailored to each individual. During your 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluation, you can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We'll review your medical and mental health history and discuss what you hope to achieve in treatment. We’ll explore your symptoms, past experiences with medications (if any), and your goals so we can determine together whether medication management is appropriate. My focus is on building trust, answering your questions, and creating a collaborative plan that feels comfortable and aligned with your needs.
